- Journaling Stations: Those who prefer to write can reflect on their true emotions, free up space in your mind by writing how you truly feel

- Mindful activities: Inspired by activities used in therapy to help you connect with how you feel in creative, fun ways. Try 'Blob Trees' or guides to create an image that reflects what's on your mind.

TTH utlizes psychotherapy & mindfulness techniques to provide a relaxed, regular time of self-care and healthy self-expression. Our therapeutic workshops allow everyone of all ages (12+) to try fun, practical activities that reduce stress, improve emotional resilience and expression. The Therapeutic Hour runs workshops for schools, work places, community venues, churches & more.

 

Ultimately, we seek to prevent ill mental health by encouraging good mental health practises that don't nessecarily require you to find the words required for traditional talking therapy. We are creating safe spaces to bring our authentic self, accessible for all.
