Although workshops are done in groups, all members are commited to focusing on their own wellbeing, so there is no pressure to interact with others should you choose not to.
Give your mental well-being the time and attention it needs; either on your own, or with the support of the group and TTH staff.

Most community workshops have a dedicated ‘Let’s Talk’ area where a trained Listener will be posted. Here you can offload what's on your mind, recieve genuine empathy, support and a non-judgmental listening ear.
